CHILDREN AND TEENS
Gracie Barra Boucherville is located at 540 D'Avaugour Street, Boucherville; and is the number one stop for children's martial arts on the South Shore of Montreal! We are the only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy that offers 10 classes per week for children/teens starting at the age of 3. We also offer the unique Bully Proof program, which is a blend of traditional Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques and self-defense. To excel in any endeavor, individuals must have a strong set of values and a strong character that gives them the perseverance to achieve their goals. The Gracie Barra Future Champions program was created to provide children ages 3 to 15 with an environment that allows them to discover and understand core values such as focus, discipline, perseverance, cooperation, and respect.
As a full-contact sport, Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides a highly challenging yet safe and caring environment for a child to mature into a true champion in life. The results of continued GB BJJ practice in childhood extend far beyond achievements on the mat. The discipline and excellence demanded by our instructors often translate into a child's behavior at home and at school.
Our Future Champions program is generally divided into three different groups to accommodate students of different ages and skill levels:
Parents & Children - 3 years and older
LC 1 (Little Champions 1) 5-8 years
LC 2 (Little Champions 2) 9-12 years
Juniors (Teens) 13-15 years old
**Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their introductory session. NO EXCEPTIONS**
